The route
Open your order history with the retail partner, pick the order, choose the return option. They issue the label and the instructions, you hand the parcel to the drop-off point, and the money side settles by their printed rules once the bottle lands back.
Broken on the road
A cracked bottle does not need a journey back to be believed. Photographs sent through the message center on the order usually settle a damaged arrival without you leaving the kitchen.
What we can honestly promise
The window, the conditions and the money side are the retail partner’s rules, shown at checkout and in your order history. We do not set them, so we will not paraphrase them here; the printed version is the one that counts.
